1) I have used bacteria before how is this different?
The BioAmp is different then any system you have ever tried before for many reasons. First we dispense the right strains of bacteria that are specifically chosen for the types of contaminants you have. We do it with unprecedented counts never achieved before. And finally because they are active they are ready to go to work the minute they are injected into your system. As a result of these facts we can work when traditional bio-augmentation has failed. Additionally this system is designed to work within your existing wastewater process.
2 ) How much retention time do I need to make this work?
More is always better, but we can achieve results in as little as 2 hours.
3 ) How much does this cost?
Every plant is different and that depends on your specific plant needs. We charge $500 per machine per month. We often put in multiple machines so long as there is a financial justification for you to do so. This technology truly should not cost you anything. $500 per machine per month covers everything, the machine, the service, and the monthly replenishment of the starter culture. You do nothing, this is truly a set it and forget it technology.
4 ) How much aeration is required?
Because we routinely introduce such high counts of active bacteria everyday we are not concerned about keeping all the bacteria alive, as a result we can work when traditional bio-augmentation won’t. In other words we don’t need as much aeration as conventional bacteria.
5 ) Who else is using this technology?
As we mentioned before, we have over 3,000 machines in service all over the world with over 100 million hours of reliable service. The BioAmp is currently being used in virtually every type of food processing plants including beverage plants meat and poultry plants, dairy plants, snack food plants, bakeries, sauce and dressing plants.
